They have great prices and a huge inventory, but not really. I think their shipping is ridiculous. They don’t keep much in stock from what I can see (hence the low prices). But you really have to pay attention to what you order, and what their site says as far as ship times. Some stuff says “in stock, ships in 1-2 business days” and other stuff says 5-7 or whatever. Obviously they wait until the slowest thing comes in. I make sure that I keep track and hound them if necessary.
Basically with them, the cost of getting cheap stuff is that you have to be persistent and put in some leg work.

I rarely order from them unless i NEED something, and I need it cheap and of lower quality.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of breeches and a baby pad on Wednesday, 5/25/16 from Horseloverz.com. Each time i’ve clicked on the link to check the status since then, the site displays the same: “Shipping Status: Pending Shipment”. It is now 5 days later and I see the same message displayed. I clicked on the online customer service button and got a rep who told me my items will not even arrive at their shipping point until 6/3/16. Additionally, “It also appears that the accounting had your order under review and that it was released from their department today to be processed”. Um, it took 5 full days to review my order by their accounting department when my credit card payment when right thru?

Who knows how long it will take after that to get them mailed out to me. I paid $14.99 for shipping.

After I complained, the rep offered to give me a store credit for the $14.99, but I doubt she would have if I hadn’t expressed my unhappiness about the delay and mentioned I probably will not order again from them. Should I really have to wait more than 2 weeks to receive my order? In 2016, their shipping process should not be that complicated. Other retailers manage to do it better and quicker all the time. I think this may be my first and last order from Horseloverz.com.

ETA: In contrast, I had ordered some breeches from tackroomonline.com on 5/20/16, received them on 5/25/16, sent them back the same day as I received them because I did not care much for the fabric, and just now (5/31/16) I received a confirmation email from them that my refund was processed. Sadly, they did not have the items I ordered from Horseloverz.com or I would have just done an exchange, but I will most definitely order from tackroomonline.com again!
