Spirulina Dose?

How much spirulina should a horse get?

(I am trying to start treating a sarcoid with spirulina, it is not angry or in an area that causes issues, but I would like to get rid of it if possible)

Stablefeed makes a spirulina supplement, but it seems pretty pricey. According to smartpak, it has 10g of spirulina.

Smartpaks supplement:

15,000 mg for a dose.

So I think, 10-15g of spirulina would be a dose? I am looking to see what the best price will be.

Here’s the Mad Barn label for you. Love their labelling since it gives grams and tells you what the scoop size is in cc which you can convert to a more convenient scoop sine if needed. For instance, if your horse is over 1100lbs and needs 2 scoops a day, you could feed 1/4 cup (roughly 60cc) to avoid having to stick your scoop into the green nastiness twice
