Has anyone used the Sportz-Vibe massage blanket by Horsewear or a similar product? I’m looking for something to help keep my guy’s back relaxed as we transition into the cold winter season up north…
I have one. My WB gelding tolerated the lower setting, but when it was increased he started acting like it shocked him with each pulse lol. I didn’t notice any physical difference using it on him though. My mare LOVED it! She loved the higher setting and went to sleep whenever it was on, but still not sure it did much but made her happy. I liked that I could turn it on and leave her in her stall instead of having her in cross ties, of which she wasn’t a fan. Still had to keep an eye on her, but could get lots done while it ran for the 20 mins or so.
My newer gelding could care less what setting it’s on and even if he has it on. But on him, I notice a lot of difference when he wears it versus not wearing it. I did some testing because of the other 2 and find he is better because of it, especially in the colder months.
