Jump Chute
**** NEW RULES **** AS OF 3/1/2011 **** 2 Divisions **** READ CAREFULLY ***
Horses will jump an age appropriate chute of up to three jumps…
Heights (up to / max): 3’6 height, 3’6" spread (two-year old)
3’9 height, 3’9" spread (three-year old)
4’ to 4’3 height, 4’ to 4’3" spread (Mature horse)
NEW JUMP CHUTE DIVISION - Schooling / Warm up Jump Chute: This division will focus on the safety and comfort of the horse in a jump chute environment. These classes are designed for horses with little or no experience in a jump chute. It is also a good warm- up division to enter for more experienced horses. A good experience for the
horse will be our number one priority. Heights of the fences and the number of trips will not be relevant. This division is not a qualifier nor does it have prize money.
Important notes:
There will be no Schooling / Warm Up Division in the finals.
For complete information on this change, please refer to the Prize List on the NAS website.
And feel free to check out the WEF web site: http://www.equestriansport.com - they also have great info., as well as the Prize List too.
Of course, if anyone has any questions regarding the show, please feel free to let us
know - as we are here to help make this a great and informative experience for
all!
