Stall front company suggestions

Looking for stall front company reviews. Building a barn in florida so the stalls need to hold up to the elements well. Any company suggestions? Was leaning towards rockin j or Lucas.

Mine are not outdoors and in the elements all the time, they are under cover in my barn. They are not fancy but they are convenient, durable, easy to operate and I have never mashed my fingers on them in the 20 years I have used them. There is a convenient door through which to feed or it can easily be lifted off to let the horses be social. Love them. When I built my 2nd barn I got some more.

We have these stall fronts and love them. Great company-- since I was installing in a old barn with odd dimensions, I asked for advice about how to cut them. He was like, just tell me your dimensions, I’ll cut them to your lengths. Didn’t charge extra, and the boxes came in all very clearly labeled as to which piece was for which stall. Just a really good guy.
No advice as to what wood to use for your stall fronts, though, mine are inside the barn.

Great products. Great people to work with: https://www.noblepanels.com/ And they do custom work as well.

We bought stall fronts from this company, similar to photo #4 and they are holding up beautifully 20 years later.

They also did the stall fronts at Virginia Horse Center and you know those have taken some abuse over the years.

Just visited their site, and I am super impressed with the quality and workmanship. They will also come out and take measurements, which is a huge plus. I’ve seen some of their stall doors that are over 30 years old, and they are still in great shape. Would definitely recommend them.

We just bought Lucas, 15 stalls fronts and dividers along with aisle doors and a side entry door to match. Very impressed with the quality of the work. Those guys know how to weld and build a top notch product.

Need any more options? Heritage Equine Equipment did the stalls in a local barn, they are very nice: https://www.facebook.com/heritageequineequip/

I have Lucas stalls in Florida. They are great EXCEPT they are rusting! The powder coating does not hold up in Florida. Go with galvanizing. It does not look at good, but rust doesn’t look too great, either! Mine are all metal–grilles on the top, wire mesh on the bottom all the way around with a roof over the stalls. Barn is 9 years old. Rust started quickly.

I would also suggest staying away from powder coating and going galvanized. We had powder coated stall fronts in South AL, they did not hold up for very long, powder coat peeled off in many locations and rusted where it came off.

i just discovered after installation, we will need proper lighting. I think you can approach this company who offering horse stall lighting http://www.ledsmaster.com/Horse-Stall-Barn-Lighting-400.html
