My barn builder is having to redo my stalls. ( his first time building a horse barn) I had my doubts and when the goats tore the entire Dutch door off its latch and hinges I knew they needed a redesign. I knew it wouldn’t hold horses. I told him I’d purchase the hinges and stall latches I want. Also, I need latches for the sliding doors ( double doors), the hay loft doors,tack room and feed room.
I think I found stall door latches that I like but I need to find the rest.
Prefer black hardware if possible but mainly need sturdy with the sliding doors,tack and feed room lockable in some way. We live in a very high crime area just miles from the highest crime county in the US.
Would prefer online purchase. Our Lowes and TSC don’t have anything that I like or is sturdy.
Now, The Great Escape Pony may also need some grills on her stall front and sides. They’re about 3 1/2 feet high and she jumped out, came trotting down the aisle the other day. No marks,no noise, nothing broken or open. I may have to switch from CDE to Eventing with the brat.
