Stallion Farscape DSF

Can anyone tell me anything about the young stallion Farscape DSF? I’m considering him for my TB mare. He appears to be a lovely young stallion.

Farscape is a neat young stallion.
Did well at his 70 day test…showed hunters this summer. Loves to work, careful and honest in the show ring.
He has some foals on the ground, both in the USA and Canada.
Talk to Jennifer at Dreamscape…she is really straight up…and will be honest about his qualities and what kind of mare he would do best with.
I saw him as two year old at his initial RPSI Inspection, and again this fall when I was at the farm. He has matured a ton since then.

Does anyone have any updates comments on this stallion? I am intrigued by him.

He’s continuing to compete and do very well in all competitions. He has some lovely foals on the ground this year too.

I really like my Farscape foal, and Jennifer is always a pleasure to deal with.
Farscape is a nice, versatile horse. Showing currently in the Hunters, but equally talented and rideable as a dressage horse.

I have rebred the dam, hoping for another equally nice foal next year.

Here is my colt, at about 10 days old. He is Farscape DSF - Rohdiamant - Akzent II

I have a Farscape filly born this spring that I adore…she is the sweetest natured filly. She is pretty, correct and looks to be turning out to be a nice mover for both dressage and hunters.

I have also seen Six Pound Farms Farscape colt in person and he is fantastic!
I second that Jennifer is fantastic to deal with!

thanks for the photos of your Farscape offspring. The are both very nice! I am still strongly considering him for a 2012 breeding.

I saw him at the 70-day test in 2010 and LOVED him. I believe he was the only three year old there (although I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong about that) and he finished 3rd overall. Very, very nice horse. Seemed to be a good solid citizen in the barn area as well.

I’d love to know how your filly is doing? I’m thinking of breeding to Farscape!

I hope this isn’t misinformation, but I thought I saw a year or so back that Farscape had been gelded due to being a carrier of FFS. I believe DF has frozen for him if your mare has been tested N/N.
