Stefan Blanken headlines AHS Symposium

The American Hanoverian Society is sponsoring a Young Horse Training Symposium on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 in Portland, OR, featuring Stefan Blanken from Germany. Stefan’s bio:

  • Winner - German Professional Rider Championship - 1993
  • Professional Rider for the Hannoveraner Verband/Auction Team 1993-1996
  • A few Successful horses trained by Stefan Blanken include:
  1. Nadine Capellman’s “Elvis”…sold to Martin Schaudt in Verden 2000 Spring auction for 62,000 Euros
  2. “Lavinia” by. Loxley II - Wonderful - Bred, Shown and Sold by Stefan at 2010 Elite Auction for 73,000 Euros to France. Tarmstedt: Champion three-year-old mares including performance test and qualification for the state premium award. Trot 9 - canter 8 - walk 7.5 - rideability judge 8.5 - rideability test rider 10!
  3. 2010 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing:
    The chestnut stallion with auction-no. 2 by BELISSIMO M - WOLKENSTEIN II, owned by Anna Böckmann & trained/presented by Stefan Blanken, was licensed and sold at the auction to Finland.
  4. Bundeschampionate 2009:
    “ERA Wunderschöne”, shown by Stefan Blanken,
    Reserve Federal Champion of three-year-old mares and geldings.
  5. Comtess - Champion at the Ratje-Niebuhr-Show in 2000
  6. Grisella - Champion, four-year-old horses, Hanoverian Show Jumping Championships at Dobrock
  7. Louis-Wiegel-Show in Sandborstel on July 26, 2008
