Those pants donāt look white to me. They certainly arenāt the same color as the shirts and caps. In the other uniform photos, the pants definitely look bright white, not bone.
They look pale yellow to me.
The pants are meant to be cream. Everything else is white.
I almost sort of like that look. Definitely agree about the hats!
I hate those pants. No one should ever be asked to wear white-ish pants with material so thin you can see the pockets through them.

Those trousers are what we used to call āwinter whiteā and I think those guys look very smart in them. Mixing shades of white has always been considered fashionable, at least in NYC where I work.

I donāt mind these uniforms at all.
I would gladly wear a garbage bag while marching in the opening ceremonies if I was an athlete representing the USA in the Olympics!!!
Representing the USA in the Olympics is one of the highest honors there is. I would do it in a heartbeat.
Get over the uniform thing. 
I like it better than the sport coats and cowboy hats I seem to remember from a past yearā¦

I am with you. I have a pair of white linen pants - they have a light lining so that they donāt look SEE THROUGH like these do.
Come onā Ralph Lauren! This is London - Not Jamaica! I am sure a light lining to make them less see through would be appreciated.

Personally, I use breeches which are thick enough you canāt see through them like that. Cheap.
And I agree on lining if youāre going to have lightweight linen pants or something!

You are right. Just the flag would be straight-from-walmart-trashy. Adding the RL Logo makes everything classy.
