Yes, but the same applies for the pre-tied stock ties of the fold-over shape. I just want the flattest one.

Also, I don’t have a neck tie, so insofar as I’m going to have to buy something (or not), I was starting with the traditional (for women) stock tie.

I’m still gunning for wearing a striped rat catcher with monogrammed collar… like a madras hunt coat of yore.

Hmm. Things are going so sporty casual! Like Dockers and a Hawaiian shirt for Casual Fridays.

Not sure about wearing all the technical fabrics or not hiding all that happens in the belly and hips when I sit on a horse. But then again I’m going to move to the Southeast and so I may be forced to change.

If you’re moving to the southeast, you’ll come to appreciate it! It was 90 degrees and super humid at my show on Saturday, no way on earth I was going to wear a coat. Short sleeves and tech fabric all the way

I feel like a necktie would be even hotter than a stock? Silk (or worse, polyesther) tight around the neck would be worse than cotton, IMO.
