if only all the women who work in the Adult Sex Industry were as switched on and clued in as she is I might be able to support ‘the industry’, but sadly she’s the anomaly. (I also kinda suspect shes behaved just as ruthlessly toward some of the other women as the male producers. sigh)

@Thylacine Sadly, even the so-called mainstream film industry is horrifically exploitative of women, so I say kudos to any woman who has gained control of her own films and scripts. (Even though it’s not my cup of Earl Grey in any way, shape, or form!)
In the NY Times article, she was also quite candid about the fact that she saw many girls who were strippers get victimized in the industry. I have to say, although I am the most inhibited person in the world and could never do it, I know several people who supported themselves through graduate school stripping or in other facets of the legal sex industry, and good for them, IMHO!
