Stray cat help (Baltimore, MD)

Hoping someone has some connections. A friend of mine has 2 young strays living outside her apartment in Baltimore County, MD. She’s looking for some help placing them (she can’t take them in due to her own very senior cat’s health issues). They’re young, scared, and skinny, but don’t appear to be truly feral.

Any advice? She’s putting out food and water currently. She’s reached out to BARCS but has not yet had any success. She’d like to do right by them even though she can’t take them in herself.

I don’t know any rescues in Boston, but I’m sure the city has a Lost and Found pets Facebook page - maybe she can network there to find a rescue that could take them in?

How far north in the county? Heavenly Paws in southern York County might be an option? Great organization but I don’t know if they assist that far south.
