My horse is a bit of a weird shape, but saddle fitter mentioned a Stubben without upswept panels could work. Is that specific to any older models, or is each saddle unique? I jump for fun so looking for used, not custom to me.
Look for one that is wool flocked with rear gussets (the ones that have stitching on the outside edges of the rear panel). Then your fitter will have more liberty with how to flock to match your horse’s shape.
