No matter how good the horse, you still have to be able to ride it and win.
How do you get there?
You ride many, many horses of all kinds for many years and get better and better and some day, when you can do great with regular horses you train and ride that well, then you will know how to find and train and manage and win and keep winning with those top horses, against those top competitors, that got there by beating everyone else.
If you really knew your stuff, you would have realized that even the best of them have bad runs, bad days and too bad when that happens at the biggest, richest competition of all, but it does.
I any discipline, no matter what you do with your horses, training or competing, your bad days is what teaches you where you need to work a bit more.
Those bad days, when you are at the top, don’t mean you are terrible and any one newbie should point at how bad you are because of them, as you seem to be doing there.
My belief is that working with horses, unless someone is or learns in a hurry to be humble, they won’t get far, won’t really learn, will keep hitting their head on the wall of their stubbornness.
Being humble is necessary to become good with horses, because horses have a way to humble us every day, we have to get used to it.

I’m feeling particularly plucky today, so I’ll go with the assumption that the OP really has no idea how things go around here and doesn’t understand what the COTH Forum is all about.
There are a few things to keep in mind- one is that clarity and brevity are your friends in a public posting forum. Take a look around at the various postings on here. You’ll notice that those that are the most well-received are those that succinctly tell a story in one post and make clear surrounding details. You’ll also notice that those posts in which an OP has to back pedal or keep adding detail to make sense are often not as well-received. That’s because reading things on a public written forum is not as easy as having a face-to-face conversation. If you walked up to someone and said all of the things in your first- what was it? Six?- posts, they would probably say something like, “Wow. Rough. Did the kid ask you for help, though?” etc, and you could engage in a conversation in which all the details are revealed.
In Internet-land, we don’t have the benefit of interacting with you like that, so we read your first- again, was it six?- posts, gather details given to us, and make our opinions from that. It’s kind of like super-condensed public speaking- you have a little bitty box in which to make yourself super-clear.
Much like public speaking, you are broadcasting an incident to thousands of strangers, all of whom have different opinions, and none of whom know you. Some of them are going to agree, others will disagree strongly. The best way to know how and what to post is to know your audience. How do you do that? Read, read, read, read READ what is already posted. Like double-dutch, you don’t just jump in. Get a feel for the vibe.
And I can’t believe I just explained how forums work. I must be feeling REALLY good today.

I must be feeling pretty nice today as well, so I think I’ll add to your post in the assumption that the OP has no idea how the internet works and doesn’t understand what an amazing tool she is abusing…
Forums are not the place to vent your frustrations. They are a place to learn through a massive community of very knowledgeable equestrian minds. You may not agree with everything put on here because it is a place where the opinions of thousands are posted, but as a community we try to learn and respect all who post in a respectful and positive manner.
You are being bombarded by comments because instead of posting in a respectful and positive manner you have simply vented a story full of improper grammar, spelling mistakes, and quite frankly vulgar language which was edited out of your post(s). If instead you had posted your side of the story in a civil and frank manner asking advice on how to deal with the situation (perhaps how to better convey the information you desired to give to the girl, or how to deal with the emotional frustration of her response) then you would have received a positive welcome to the forum and people would have happily given you some advice.
In regards to your other posts (the “lessons” you have been giving), much like the real world, people will not appreciate information given without their asking. So instead of just trying to share the knowledge (by the way know as in the word describing a persons retainment of knowledge is spelled k-n-o-w) you might want to wait until someone asks for your opinion or knowledge. It will be received much better.
So unlike real life, in COTH and online you can start over and create a new user because right now your reputation is completely and utterly ruined. Whenever you post here, people will recognize your username as that crazy poster who could not spell or use proper language to save her life. Let this be a lesson to learn from so that you don’t do the same thing (even though it looks like you’re starting down the road of doing so) in your real life. In real life you can’t just create a new user, your reputation with stick with you and precede you everywhere you go in life.

We’ve sent the OP a couple of notes about her posting thus far, and have not gotten a response. Hopefully, some of the recent comments on this thread will help her understand why her initial threads on the site have not been well-received.
