Wonder if they’re related to Kelly Farmer?
Oh how fabulous would THAT be?? She is listed as a user!
This just gets better and better!
When their first published client was Marilyn Little and they were like “she’s a top eventer!!!” I wanted to ask if ANYONE actually researched these people that are the face of their product?! Looks like no.
ML doesn’t have a greaaaaaat rep as an eventer.
So question.
If someone who appears to be a rep for this product repeatedly suggests people try it on themselves… what are our thoughts?
Has anyone asked where this is made? Lab? Home lab, DIY style?
I don’t think she is an eventer anymore, she went back to show jumping.
She does both. I believe she ran at Red Hills last month.
i thought so too but then she cropped up again.
Ok never mind then, don’t want to hijack the thread any further by talking about how that is one of the last people on the face of the earth I would want shilling my product for me.
It’s a toss up for me between her and the hunter rider w/drug violations.
Haven’t asked how Summit is manufactured. Any drug made for human or vet use has to be either made under GMP guidelines or compounded in a specialized pharmacy. But they are a “supplement” which conveniently gets them around those pesky FDA requirements for safety, efficacy and GMP compliance.
Not for me.
Screen shot, send to the FDA.
They might not have the resources to follow up on illegal veterinary stuff, but they care a whole lot more about “yes this is perfectly safe to inject into your person and will solve all of your problems!”
I’m happy that it worked for you. I admit when I saw your fb post it seemed way too goof to be true as well. I am very curious though as to what information they gave freely to you. I have sent several messages requesting the university scientific studies they mention on their website -via facebook ,to their page, to that vet who promotes it, to their email. REPEATEDLY over the last few weeks and gotten ZERO response. Zero. I just don’t understand if theyre quoting academic, scientific studies, why they can’t just show us the goods? Again I am truly glad your mare is feeling better, I wish I bring myself could try it, but my vets not on board without the science, so neither am I.
That is just wow. If’ that’s actually her husband, I’m bamboozled.
It’s absurd and a distraction to say we are on a witch hunt. This is actually one of the most logical, rational discussions I’ve ever seen regarding something so controversial. I honestly WISH their situation was legit, my boy and my wallet could SO benefit from something like this! But from the questionable riders, to the miraculous healings, to the bullying, to the utter opacity they’ve shown regarding any actual science, it’s just screaming scam. I started out just optimistically skeptical, now I’m convinced it’s a scam. I love how in the email to @AllegedAdequanRep she kept saying “I’m just trying to understand”. Well lady, WE"RE ALL JUST TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS IS BEFORE WE GO STICKING NEEDLES INTO OUR LOVED ONES!. Calling this a “Witchhunt”, when all we are looking for is some kind of PROOF, FACTS, SCIENCE, STUDIES,and or TRIALS, is a scapegoat device. Most commonly used by con artists and those with a creative relationship with the truth.
Summit, we know you are listening. Just tell us the truth, we can handle it.
Today, I recieved an email that Dorian Farmer was shipping me a package via USPS. Apparently they’re shipping me vials of summit that I did not request nor did I provide an address.
I had explained that my initial interest in the product was for a specific horse of mine but I couldn’t in good conscience use it without more info, and then this all became a huge pile of “no one knows”… Etc.
They offered product to me for free, but again I NEVER AGREED TO TAKE IT.
So hysterically, they’re shipping me free product. To an address at which I no longer reside. They must have googled me I guess.
I started the same way as you. Skeptical but hopeful. Was about ready to order when I thought I’d see if CoTH had heard of this.
And well. “Witch hunt” ensued.
Creepy that. How does one go about having something tested in a lab. Is that a huge expense?
Oh scratch that, just saw it’s going to the wrong address.
There’s still a good chance it will make it to me. But it feels very creepy.
