No practicing Fixerupper, I just find stick art really relaxing after a busy day. If I could draw on the screen I could do more. Maybe someone out there can write a program that lets you have draw tools on the forum… That would be really cool.:yes:

I second the caveat about jewelry. I received one Christmas what is reportedly a lovely gemstone of some kind from Mr. RAR (he was shopping with daughter and scathingly brilliant then-boyfriend / now-fiancé, who cuts gems in his copious spare time). I’ve never worn it because I don’t have the right kind of chain to put it on and every time I remember that I have it, I think, “Sigh… with that money, I could have bought… XX bales of hay” or “… a really nice bridle” or “…a whole bunch of lessons” or… you get the idea. I am NOT a jewelry person. I have been married to this man since 1973. Never, in all those years, have I EVER expressed an interest in jewelry - except back when I was collecting sports pins, and I hardly think those count as “jewelry”.
So… diamonds are some girls’ best friends. And they are, it is true, forever. But Mrs. LF might well prefer a serger :lol:

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so being able to draw in your posts would seem to be a natural progression for a bulletin board as a medium for expression.
If a horsey stick art thread can survive for six months on the merits of ASCii art, just think what real draw tools could do… I wonder if anyone knows of any BB’s that have draw tools… I’d kind of be surprised if there aren’t any… There really should be, cause it would be a lot of fun.

But I was just about to ask…how did we save Perch X from whoever absconded with her???
The Geek is right - Knowing that Perch X is back is not enough. We still have to know HOW she got back.
She just appeared and said, “Well, the show season finished, so I came back.”
But that’s because either (a) she’s been brainwashed or (b) she’s been threatened by her kidnappers.
We need to know the REAL story.
And horse-loverz is JUST the person to tell us.
