Can anyone figure out how to PRINT these things?? 
If I use Thread Tools to “View Printable”, it messes them up. 
And if I try to print without doing View Printable, it only prints the first one. And if I select/print using Print>Selection, it messes them up same way the Thread Tools option does.

How about…
Highlight everything you want to print.
Go to File -> Print.
Under Page Range, choose “Selection”.
I haven’t tried this to see if it will work, but it’s worth a shot…

For printing, there’s always screen capture…
Alt-PrintScr (on PCs - I forget what the key combination is on Macs)
Then you can use Ctrl-V to paste it into your image editor of choice and crop out whatever you don’t want.
That way, you can even combine several images into one, if you’re handy enough with the image editor.
For Macs:
Open Grab (located in /Applications/Utilities).
Choose Capture > Window.
When the Window Grab dialog opens, make any changes to the window you want to take a picture of, then click Choose Window.
Click the window you want to capture.
