I have been printing them… we have a long trip down to Rolex on Thursday and I thought that this thread would keep my passengers entertained for a while.
I have been cutting and pasting them into Word. No problem. The only one that required a bit of work was Barbaro.
All I did then, was choose “landscape” and choose a different font size … perfect!!!

FYI, it would actually be pretty easy to put together a book of these masterpieces on a site like lulu.com.
Relatively cheap and easy way to make and sell your own books. Personally, I think the topic should go on as long as it can, and then perhaps some worthy soul can put it together and sell at cost (or for a profit to go to charity - which might enable us to announce it here) on Lulu. :yes:

Here’s what we can do, if all agree:
Keep the thread going until, say, October - long enough to win all COTH BB 2007 Awards.
Make the lulu book.
Add some figure to the cost of the book - $5? I’m not a financial type. Then, everyone can request said book for their COTH SS.
Profit resulting from which, gets divvied up to horse rescues. How about dividing up between the COTH rescues - you know, people who post on the board who work for/run a 501c3, whether it be for rescue, legislation, or disease prevention? We could make a list.
Or would that be too cumbersome? I could help with that part.

In a big park where people are flying kites.
Just as we come over a hill, a 6’ long lime green tubular kite, that is laying in the grass, starts being reeled back in by the owner.
As a helicopter decides to get a closer look, and drops low to hover over me and the two horses. So close that I can see the pilot’s knees and legs! :eek:
Said OTQH/ex-barrel racer rears, does a 180 on one hind foot, and says to the Danish WB “We are SO outta here!” When his front feet land, we are off in a gallop - yikes!
By some miracle of God, I stayed on and kept the reins in my right hand and the leadrope in my left :lol:
I’ll leave it up to the artist as to whether or not they want to do a rendition of the conditions of my breeches afterwards - LOL!
