Supplements for low energy issues?

As someone who was always tired and it was always dismissed by doctors as stress, depression, lack of sleep, blah blah blah, I found my own solution. Have you tried juicing? I have one juice in particular that gives me slow release energy for a full day. I call it the Mrs. Howell (from Gilligan’s Island) because the main ingredient is beets. There’s an episode where they all eat radioactive veggies and she eats the beets. She ends up with super energy, but I’m getting off track.

The juice is one large beet, kale, carrot, and apple. One of those a day and you’ll have more energy than you can deal with. It will also clear up your mind too if you get brain fog.
