I’m Erin—horse owner, lifelong rider, and founder of a new platform called rHerd .
We’re building a barn operating system designed for how barns actually run day to day. Feeding, turnout, client communication, billing, care notes, schedules—organized and accessible on your phone, not scattered across clipboards and group chats.
Right now, we’re in the early build phase and just 7 responses away from closing our survey. If you’re a barn owner, manager, staff member, or boarder/rider, I’d love your input.

Why rHerd?
This started after watching my own barn manager juggle every part of running a facility—horses, staff, scheduling, clients, billing—and realizing there’s no app out there that truly helps.
As someone who works in HR and has a kid in daycare, I know the tech exists in other industries. It just hasn’t made it to the barn aisle yet. So, I’m building it.
And Quinn?
She’s my OTTB mare—a total sweetheart who always thinks it’s her job to keep an eye on things (unless there are cows nearby, which she cannot tolerate). She loves dogs, cats, and people, expects her fly spray and blanket routine to be on point, and has a lot of opinions for a horse who works hard and gives you her best.
