Totally amazing. I have never had a need to feed oil, so many horse-years of easy keepers!
I take that back - I toyed with a 5g container of CocoSoya when my WB was quite young, I don’t remember why now, and it wasn’t much, but it’s also a delicous-smelling oil, he was never picky, so not a fair trial LOL
I’ve added Coolstance to my guy – it’s just coconut meal, he eats it no problem, and it has less sugar than the rice bran he was getting. I do also add canola oil as well - my guy is in a decent amount of work and leans toward the hard keep side. He also gets a night check meal of just alfalfa cubes (soaked) that helps keep him warm through the night.
