Suspended Charles Town Jockeys File Injunction
You are the one that called Mr. Wright a pr***k. And said that this would get interesting, and I whole heartedly agree. But before you take shots at people get your facts straight !!!
As I said, why don’t you enlighten us instead of just making some bold statement that everyone is innocent?
RUMOR has it that there are copies of canceled checks that were turned in by an ex wife of one of the jocks.
Don’t think this is true because Danny Wright was quoted as saying they had no evidence that any bribes were taken or given.

Doublete, riders have certain weights that they do, so Tony very well may have done 2lbs. over on your horse. Not debating that. And yes, the people working in security can be very difficult. They are always changing the rules, so it’s hard to keep up with. I know a number a trainers choose not to race there because of that. The purses are good, but the experience while you are there may not always be the best.

Mr. Hertz, how would you like to be enlightened ??? Your also correct, that Mr. Wright did change his story that there was no monies exchanged, but there is a ruling against the riders that there was !!! And I stand by my bold statement !!! What do you have to stand by ???

You can go to http://www.justice4jockeys.com and view there website.

Doublete, I think there is some infighting going on in regards to who should be able to come and compete for “their” money. Probably has something to do with what is happening with the jockeys as well. All is not fair in love and war (or racing) when it comes to Charles Town. I do know what I am talking about, just cannot say much more on a public bb. And please, let us not start talking about what PNGI does as a matter of policy regarding the health and safety of the horses. I do happen to know some really horrendous things which happened to the wife of one of the jockeys regarding her horse, again, not something I would speak about here.
