Suspicious problem with loggin on

I just erased my temp files and cookies – so now I need to sign in to all of my BB’s again.

When I tried COTH it said that my password was invalid. I have used this password for 15 years, but I duly changed my password so I could log on.

I closed out and came back on and my password had not been remembered, so I had to sign on again.

Somehow, the new password is now invalid but my old password works.

I am worried that the earlier “invalid password” was a ploy by a hacker to get my password so it could be used to sign on to other sites in my name.

Have you had problems with this kind of thing?

I haven’t heard of any problems. Is it possible that you at first were entering your info into the log-in fields for the main site? To check, you could try logging in there with the new password.
