How do you know when your order shipped or will ship?
I ordered something on the 14th of January and now it’s the 28th and it still says “Processing” in the order status.
Will they update the status to “Shipped” when it actually goes out?
I’ve never ordered from them before and I expected it to take a while to ship but I’m starting to wonder when I should be concerned… If there is a problem will they notify you?
I’ve ordered lots of stuff from them without a problem. It does usually take 2 weeks for most of their items to ship, so I wouldn’t be too concerned; but I have had good experience emailing their customer service folks too if you want to check on your order. They will send an email with tracking info and I think the status always changes to ship afterwards. Enjoy your new stuff!

When you order, the description page will tell you how long until it ships. I’ve seen some items that were 4 weeks.
You will get an email when it ships.
yep it can take awhile. Last item I ordered probably took almost a month from the time of order to the time it got to my door.
You are definitely still in what I would consider the “safe” and “don’t worry” window
And yes, sometimes it takes quite a long time to get to you.
As the others have said, you’re good. I ordered from them a couple months ago (for the first time) and was very concerned because I was moving and so I was very worried that I wouldn’t get it before I moved. It came the day before I moved though, but it took a little over 2 weeks to ship and then it came about a week later.
