Heading to Italy in may and wanting to hit some tack shops. Any recommendations? The threads I saw were from 2014 and was hoping to find someone that has been more recently. Any must buy items for those of you that have gone?
In Florence, there is Outlet del Cavallo. It’s been a while since I’ve been there (I travel to Florence for work), but it’s open and they carry Equiline at good prices. There’s also Cavallomania, but I’ve never been there.
UG! Wish I had thought of this when I was there a year ago. Their leather work is lovely.
My husband was in Venice 15 years ago with my son’s soccer team. He saw a store called “Equss” and thought it would be a great place to buy a souvenir for me. To his surprise, it was a butcher shop which featured horse meat. Horrors!!
