Tack stall Christmas decor ideas!

Does anyone have pictures of nicely decorated tack stalls in a Christmas theme?

Our indoor winter festival kicks off this week and there is a decorating contest! We have a full aisle to ourselves, so at the front of the aisle, on either side, we have drapes with small Christmas trees on both sides. On one side, we have some chairs and a table. And, that’s as far as we’ve gotten

I have a couple more small trees I was going to take over, and a wreath. What other ideas do you guys have? I’m picturing elegant, yet festive. Nothing tacky or too obnoxiously glittery…

The first year I had my horse for Christmas we had a stall decorating ‘contest’ at the barn. Of course no one ever really won but I totally went all out.

I made her stall into a gingerbread house. LOTS of construction paper, some dollar store Christmas decorations, and a Gingerbread couple place mat I found at the goodwill. Everything was stapled to her stall door. It actually came out pretty cool but it was a lot of work a head of time and I don’t think they were too happy about me stapling everything on  but it was the only way it would stay.

I wonder if you could get some Christmas lights (unplugged at night and kept of out reach from the horses) and then I would probably come up with some sort of theme. The dollar store and arts and crafts are your friend and the cheapest option to get creative.

No pictures, but I used to decorate my stall fronts with wrapping paper. This year I was too lazy, but my horses each have a string of garland over their nameplates on top of their doors, stockings hanging and a few ornaments tacked on here and there.

I would hit your local dollar store.

I like these ideas for at home - but I’m talking about an AA show here. So I’m picturing something more elegant in front of our drapes than wrapping paper or dollar store garland ! I was hoping someone would have pictures of nice set ups they’ve seen at some bigger shows for inspiration! Anyone?!
