< ahem > If you want to photo a particular cross-country jump, take flowers from a jump whose division is finished for the day, and group them attractively (enough) in the center of the backside of the jump you want to shoot. Much, much better looking and of more interest to the subject when they see the photo. It’s not illegal because horse & rider will never see the flowers on the backside.
