Tall boot recommendation for skinny kid with big feet!

I second BITSA. I ordered a pair of Deniro tall boots which come in a semi-custom. I’ve since had them for just over 3 years. I have a very slender calf, and Dover told me they didn’t carry boots in my dimension. I do not know SmartPak’s exact return policy and these boots did take 4 weeks for delivery.

I adore them. The fit was just like a custom boot. I had dreamed of Sergio Grasso’s but couldn’t fathom paying the money, these turned out to be the exact fit.

(Contact Middleburg Tack Exchange, with your size and measurements. They have a great selection, and you can find really nice boots for a fraction of the cost, even custom brands. Saddles too. Worth the drive if you’re anywhere close to DC)

SmarkPak has free returns on sized items, I’m pretty sure. I’ve returned several things and it’s been quick & easy.

Size 11AAAA (that’s quad-A) here.
I have an old, but in really good shape, pair of Dehner dress boots. 21& 1/2" from the floor to the top of the outside (including the heel) and 14" around the biggest part of the calf. She can have them if you think they would fit.
They are a dress boot, fully lined and kind of thick soled so not so modern, but I’m happy to give them to her.

Wow so many snarky comments. First she is too tall to wear jods with garders. Now whether or not she will grow taller will depend on if she has hit puberty. As far as boots go I would seriously look into Parlantis I have a normal size foot (size 8) with extremely skinny calves (11.5 inches) and they fit great! Get the extra tall height and you should be okay. It’s okay if they drop a little as long as they aren’t more than an inch below the knee. Ebay is a great place to look for boots that are reasonable. I bought my parlantis for $500 and have had them for 4 years.

Also I know people who have bought Tucci half chaps and show in those because they have such skinny calves and don’t want to pay for customs. You can barely tell they aren’t tall boots
