Tall boots with 12" calf?

Have an friend looking for a new pair of tall boots with a MAX 12" calf. I have no idea where to even start looking for a stock boot with that size calf… does the COTH hive have any suggestions?

For what size foot?

Depending on foot size, Parlanti boots have a 12” calf

About 4 years ago I got a pair of Tredstep DaVinci’s in extra slim. They were about 13" calves and were the narrowest stock boots I could find, but maybe check out their newer styles? My everyday boots are custom Petrie’s because 8.5 foot in ultra slim aren’t common. Finding 12" calves will likely be more of a scarce as stock boots are produced to meet the needs of the masses to be profitable.

I just brought a pair of Ego7s to my local consignment store… after coming to terms that I had finally found boots that were too skinny for me . The size 8 (37?) extra slim tall would work perfectly for someone with an 11.5 inch calf. Unfortunately I have a 12.5-12.75 inch calf.

Tucci makes an XXS calf that is about 12.” You have to call a Tucci dealer and order them and it may take several weeks to get them in, but they are made. I think they’re considered semi-custom, but are less than full custom.

7.5 foot size, need tall height as well.

my old tack store had charts of all the sizes a maker has available. They cannot stock one of everything for all the makers they carry, so if you were out of the average range I I have size 10 1/2 feet) they would have boots shipped in to try.

I would start at your favorite store and ask them to consult the makers charts and see who has boots that come close and request them be shipped in to try

I have a 13" calf and about a size 9 foot, and Ariat tall/slims fit me well straight off the rack. They also come in x-slim, and xx-slim, the latter has a calf of <12 inches. I expect you’d have to have someone order them in, but could potentially be much cheaper than eg custom Parlantis

Thank you Gumby, and everyone who has replied. I let her know to check out the Ariats and Parlanti.
