What do you want to do with her? Looks like she was a slow racehorse with some faster ones in her pedigree but can’t say if that will help her in the job you intend. Take her out and pose her standing square on level ground against a plain background. This photo has her standing awkwardly in shade and bright spots so can’t tell too much.
Her last start was almost 2 years ago, what has she been doing?

Hard to say off just paper but I’d guess on the spicy side. Got a few very good racers up close but don’t know how that has translated to sporthorses. Do think a Eventing seems a better goal for her then Hunters.
Far as the “ barrel racing”, best guess is backyard level. Most BRs are not big horses and are catty quick built for agility and an explosive burst of speed. Good BR trainers put a solid foundation on their horses before adding speed. And they stay out of jail. Probably just trying to resell quick in something going real fast rather then solid training,
Hopefully she will forget that chapter of her life.
