TB Dressage/Sport Horse Stallions for Appendix Baby

OMG. NO. I am so sorry, how absolutely awful. :frowning:

Well, I fell down a rabbit hole watching stallion videos. I’d fallen behind in keeping up with most of the stallions.
So I went and made a list to keep track better. And I’m curious if any of the Tamarack frozen is still floating around.

TB Sport Stallions

Petrol, I’m glad to see he’s with Sue. That’s huge, I liked him from the original video. He looks like (in photos) he’s matured super. Doesn’t seem like they are offering him at stud right now though?

Artrageous, I really like his canter. And we all know trot can be improved. Overall I like him, I’ve liked him more as time has passed.

I’m a fan of Peanutbutter Fever, he reminds me of Charlottes Gio (beyond just the color), for a taller mare I’d for sure use him. If he wasn’t so far from me I’d send my remaining TB to him. I like his back end, and his front end too. I like the whole package.

Highclere, I’d heard there was AFR son, but I can’t find any info on him?

Confidence Game, I saw some of her dressage work. He’s nice, even for not being a focused dressage horse. I found a small flat schooling clip in Ocala. He’s pretty massive, looks like he could passage if he wanted. Might need a mare with a cleaner neck. Is he available at stud, I couldn’t find that information.

Saketini, Copy Cat Creek, Landamongthestars - they’re all nice, I’m just not drawn to them for dressage work as much. They’re all excellent but I go out of my way to never jump lol. I’m local to Saketini I need to go watch an event though to see him in person.

Sea Accounts, he’s not fancy in the front but I like his hind end. I feel his main issue is he is a back mover and most of his trainers didn’t work him like that. If he had stay dressage based with Patrick we’d probably be seeing a different moving horse. I don’t know that he would have ever had the high collected work. I watched all his videos again and still liked how he handled all his varied riders, he seems to have good rideability.

Peanutbutter is my favorite of the bunch.

This AQHA mare isn’t huge though, I don’t want to chance sizing her down. I’d like to shorten her up, and length the overall leg a bit. Sea Accounts seems to fit that criteria. That is if I can’t get Likoto, Wilawander or LC AQHA approved. I’m working on the Likoto frozen now.

Artrageous I’d do with a bigger mare, and if my remaining TB isn’t leased out I’m going to contact Linnea about covering her. We’re both in Florida and the mare seems to need LC/fresh. She has height and could use the rounding effect. Plus there won’t be any doubling of of Slew blood with the cross.

I’d like to see a Stonesider son but there don’t seem to be any?

I didn’t mean to have any mares left, but they’re still here so I can’t stand to see them standing around just eating me out of house and home.

Not looking to breed, but interested in the discussion on storm cat sons. Any thoughts on High Yield in a sport pedigree? He looks a little more downhill than some of the other sons, but has a beautiful shoulder.
