Does anybody know if Canadian TBs use the American JC system for tattoos? Also does the JC use open 4s or closed 4s? Thanks!
Yes, they do. All tattoos are open 4s. I have a Facebook group that IDs OTTBs, if you need any help. It’s called OTTB Tattoos, because I’m original like that, lol.
