If the H&H video is the same as the Ascot youtube one, it’s hysterical. Training racing sheep is not a graze in the pasture.
You believe that there are professional racesheep trainers ? It was Ascot’s April fool’s day video, and advertised the sheep race the following day to keep the cidiots entertained.
Obviously the Bob Hogg sheep in the YouTube video are the professional race sheep, with proper tack and jockeys; the H&H ones in the first video are lambamateurs. Sort of like a barn fun day compared to the Grand National. 
Both groups great at what they do, and having fun!
Well, the Ascot video was posted to Youtube on March 27th, so a bit premature for April Fools day.
