Father Casall is a living legend and an icon for his generation (I have a 3-years-old Casall stallion and have known others, they do have great, uncomplicated minds). Dam sire Clearway was a modern son of Capitol I.
Cascadello has a full brother, Cascadello II, approved 2012 and sold for 450.000 euro.

I would also like to hear more about this stallion. Any idea of how he stamps his offspring?

His first foal crop is being born as we speak. The opinions on his foals will be coming shortly.
Any more thoughts on this guy?

Trying to revive this thread as I am researching this stallion - what mares suit him best?
Cascadello breeds modern, but larger, typey offspring. They tend to move well, and a number of them seem to jump nicely. The combination of good types, and good moving has lead to multiple super foal championat winners, and more than half of the champion mares of his first mare crop were placed in the Elite mare show this year. His oldest are only 3, so we do not have results in sport to speak of yet. All in all, he is very consistent, and they appear to be quite sportive. For a young stallions, his production is excellent. It will be a long time before we can judge his offspring in sport.

Have there been any frozen pregnancies? Last I heard, there had not been.
Cascadello sired the top colt at last yearās Holsteiner licensing, out of a Cantus x Landadel mare. He was really, really nice, and sold for $300k.
Iāve seen him (and his full brother); heās fantastic - big, typey, good mover and super balanced, plus has the āitā factor. I bought two doses of his frozen last year and used one - it was around 15% and not good. The mare didnāt get pregnant.
No frozen pregnancies in the US. As far as I have heard, from those who have tried, the semen is terrible. Very unfortunate as I have wanted to use him and was waiting for even one frozen pregnancy to be confirmed
