My friend has a jumper bred mare that she is going to allow me to breed. I want to breed for dressage as this mare scored in the 80s in 3rd level equivalent in Germany had has some dressage blood in the bloodlines. Looking for a stallion who is consistent in throwing a good engine, shorter back and does not add height. I have Dolany on my list, looking for more. Just in the research phase. Not breeding for two years.

I loved Linaro. Last I checked, there was still frozen available. My filly is a lovely mover and has the temperament to have been brought along by her ammie owner.
A La Zarras mare produced an approved Danish stallion when bred to Carpaccio, who is a nice moving horse. Cabardino perhaps?

Or Chico’s Boy (if you are willing to use frozen - you haven’t specified a preference for fresh or frozen)! He has produced some nice offspring for dressage. He likely will not add height and may shorten the back like you want.
I was going to suggest Aliano who is currently preparing to compete at Grand Prix. He is very close to me and I saw him under saddle this past weekend. However, he is from the same stamm as your mare - the mare Option is his great granddam - but he would be interesting if you were looking to linebreed to stamm 318d2…Apparently his temperament and rideability are second to none. He himself is quite big (17.1) so might not give you the size you are looking for, but I know the stamm is not known for producing height.

Our options are ope so far. She is going to be bred frozen first, by my friend, then my turn.
I want a good dressage horse, I feel like I should stay within Holsteinrr bloodlines but if I have to I will explore other options.
