when folks can’t stand the heat they get out of the Kitchen, seems like its fryin time in Shelbyville, could ole doc Meadows and Mullins get their LIC suspended.
its call the owners of the Arena time, to ask that question and let them do some sweatin,if this gets much hotter they may just cancel the Celebration.
all the TWH folks will go to Nashville in Sept.
and another QUESTION when a horse is sored and they get (owners)violations.they just CHANGE the horses name.whats with this the violation doesn’t follow the horse. the horse is already scared,so what good is a Name change.
i’m going to call the OHIO STATE BAPTIST office give them some Chapter and Verse.[/QUOTE]
Changing a horse’s name in most registries is NOT a small thing. IIRC, under TWHBEA rules, you can’t change the name of a horse once they have offspring. This is certainly true of mares and I believe it is true of stallions.
“Sham” transfers are another story. They are, from all reports, not uncommon.
Remember, too, that TWHBEA uses a DNA based registration system. This makes registration “shenanigans” difficult, also. We’ll not likely see another “Mo Town Magic scam.”
I’ve known Dr. Meadows for some years and always respected his judgement and equine knowledge. I’m disappointed that he seems to have lost his moral/ethical bearings.
