My password isn’t working – what do I do?
If you have not logged in since March 2006, your old password will not work – you need to reset it. Click here.
I don’t remember my password – what do I do?
Click here and enter the email address you registered with.
It tells me my email address is unrecognized when I use the link above – what do I do?
That means there is no user in the membership database registered to that email address. Click here.
I can’t use the link above because I no longer have access to the email address I registered with – what do I do?
First of all, please do a better job of keeping your COTH profile current! That email address is important. You can request that I manually change the email address on your profile for you by filling out this form.
I’ve tried everything to reset my password and nothing works – what do I do?
My birthdate is wrong on my profile – what do I do?
I registered a new username because I wasn’t able to reset my password, so now I have two (or more) accounts – what do I do?
Please, please, please don’t EVER just simply reregister if you have having trouble with an account. We don’t need thousands of dead usernames in our system. Click here to have multiple accounts combined into one.
I’m getting an error message that I don’t have permission to post – what do I do?
