The "Bring Chrome Home" crowd is batty, but...

The PENI-Gs is pretty funny too!
But does Chrome do THAT???
He does however, unlike the waste produced by other horses, his has no odor.

Fascinating how one of the Chromies says “we are facing euthanasia” because their 15 year old horse is arthritic. So far no reaction but sympathy from the BCHers.

I’m waiting for the BCH administrator to remind everyone that her website exists ‘only the truth’ again. She apparently doesn’t know what ‘truth’ is.

Well of course because someone must have been evil to that horse for it to have a big knee. P

She posted because obviously Chromie will get carpal arthritis like her horse. Who even though she states she has no knowledge of its prior activities, must have been started two early and maybe even racesd to develop arthritis like he has. And obviously distal cannon bone bruising leads to carpal arthritis.
It is possible Chrome will develop carpal arthritis if he injures a knee while racing but they seem to not understand that a pasture injury could result in this as well and that horses just develop arthritis. I have a nineteen year old who has never worked a day in her life with it. I have owned her all of her life and have even fed her cookies and loved her. She still has arthritis.

This made me laugh!

Obsessive Millennial Fan Generators (OMFG): In the
name of immersing young people in the business of horse
racing, we are currently working on the parameters for a
drinking game to make an average weekday in the business
more fun. So far, we encourage participants to take a shot
of bourbon every time a sale topper is described as “a lovely
mover,” vodka every time the horse “ticks all the boxes,”
gin each time the New York stewards post an inquiry into
a stretch run, and tequila every time “Lasix” appears in a
Paulick Report story comment.

Those “organizations” in the PaulickReport are hysterical…

A sample of the crazy; (sic)

The Coburns sold CC because “they didn’t want to be responsible for his death in any form”.

…Martin is “out of his mind jealous of Steve Coburn. He was irritated that people took pictures of Steve with Chrome this past weekend”

“It’s like this fool of an owner wants chrome to have a reservation with death”.

“…so I am not going to take the high road as I pray that the world would be a better place without PM and his cronies.the truth is the truth. God help Chrome and keep him safe no matter what happens to those that serve to destroy him for their gain and those who support that action”

…“we would be devastated if something happened to him. But the odds are likely it will. Regardless what the Vet said…”

"…Go find another horse to leech off of "…

“Let him retire and be happy! That will never happen he has an a$$ for an owner and TM is know better and to top it off AS is now money hungry. I have know respect for any of them.”

Some of the slurs written by the oh-so-loving BCHers;

“Arrogant idiot”
“Greedy bastards”
“jealous greed driven pig”
“just using him 4 greed u pieces of s$#%”
“…greed driven. ogre…”

Truly, an incredibly nasty bunch of people. Yuck.

Maybe they should pool their money, buy an island and form their own commune, since making money is so evil.

I wish I had known I was only going to get one snarky comment, I would have saved it for an emergency.
I haven’t been on there yet, so if you have something to say, that’s burning a hole in your keyboard, let me know. I’ll post it for you.

If you get banned can you still watch the trainwreck?

Yes but you have to sit on your hands. You can’t even pretend to agree so you can fan the flames a bit just to watch the resulting show. Thanks for that Toadie’s Mom, I may take you up on that!

Well I have been sitting on my hands anyway.

And those same people posting those slurs and cursing then head straight to the TM and P Martin site to post sweet-fan adoring comments.

Back when Willie del Gado parted ways with the Shermans while in Dubai, the BCH administrator vowed it was because Willie ‘could no longer put up with the way Chrome was being treated.’ Even when many explained to her that it was not the case, she continued on with her ‘hunch’ until one of the Coburn relatives confirmed that she was incorrect.

While in the UK, Chrome was kept on Hamilton Road at Chestnut Tree Stables under Rae Guest (where the many stables line the walk to the gallops and in the shadow of the race course).

To those BCH fans who claimed that the English are not capable of caring for Chrome – https://www.facebook.com/BANAMINE1/videos/10152943486309343/

Lovely. I had heard that it was a virtual “heaven on earth” for horses in training (thank you Dick Francis, etc.).

If there is anybody here that has NOT been banned from BCH, it would be nice to have this posted there. Of course, it will be taken down at some point, but maybe one or two people might see it (maybe BCH will decide to sleep in today).

There is another Facebook page called Chromie’s Paddock that is more pro the current proceedings. They also might appreciate it.

I suspect they must also be Parelli-ites who never even ride. My old boy’s arthritis caused retirement at 21, tho he was still.comfortable for walking rides. But.euthanasia? Must be some awfully advanced arthritis at 15. I didn’t have to euthanize.him at 24.because of cancer, not arthritis!

I thought that it could refute the loonie Priscilla BCH fan who told the administrator that she saw a video of Chrome being ‘galloped on a pebble surface.’ Really? The admin confessed she had not heard of that piece of info but was ‘interested.’ Then again, I can’t post there due to some infraction (like correcting the facts).

Actually, I believe this weekend Newmarket is having an Open House where stable yards/trainers are available for those interested in the historic racing facilities.

I’ve not been banned yet. I’ll post the video.

I have a feeling that most of the BCH folks don’t attend open houses. I bet they rarely leave their own.
