What a great fiancé! Always trust a man who likes a cat. Men don’t get “street cred” for being kind to cats, so a guy who does it is showing you who he his. On the other side, cats are excellent litmus tests for character. They are small, know it, and no one’s fool. A cat won’t like someone not worth liking.

When you take a BF or GF home to meet the family, be sure to introduce the cat.
Does that cat really have an outsized tail, or is it just an illusion?

I used to like too-big tails. Then I had no opinion. Now (since I like Huge cats), I feel they are a tantalizing rip-off.
mvp, I think it’s mostly an illusion. His tail is pretty good sized, but not as awkwardly huge as it seems

Yes, he is lovely! He and Gohan have very different opinions at times, but overall we’re a very happy family.
So far there has only been one person Gohan didn’t like, and I can’t say as I blamed him. It was my friend’s friend who ended up getting drunk, falling in the floor, then vomiting all over the sidewalk. Needless to say, he was never allowed back in our home!

Hmmmmm, I seem to see a trend…

Now that’s a cat with some judgy pants right there. Ever known a cat to kindly puke outside or on the linoleum floor when he could choose carpeting?

OK. This wasn’t 24 hours, but it was the most I could do. Of course, after I declared “DONE”, they all came to life! One thing I’ve discovered is that I’m not a good cat photographer.

You have four lovely cats, JumpQH. Queenie is a real beauty. And, you were very ambitious. I have four also, but I had more than enough to do following two of them around. Next Caturday, I’ll do the other two.,

Look at the fur on those cats! The first one, Rachel, is at risk for becoming a high-priced pillow. The color and short/thick fur is That Good.

Thank you! Queenie is indeed stunning. She was a stray. My pictures don’t do any of my cats justice. And actually, I have FIVE cats. I couldn’t find the fifth the entire time! Of course, she came out to visit after I was done!

I’m throwing the flag on this play, as these two are CLEARLY abused terribly.

I keep cats purely to torture them.

Obviously, I failed at Caturday… But I’m linking to my Instagram account where you can find many, many pictures of Her Royal Highness, Disease.

This is my favorite thread on all of COTH.

And, like an idiot, I completely forgot about Caturday. I’ll do it this weekend, promise.

You are obviously a MUCH better cat photographer than me! I have to ask, how did you get the name Disease?

Currently, I am having an existential crisis… of the lazy variety, and so I have not yet uploaded my Cat’s pics.

They are bad. They are boing, but documentary-honest. Oh, and kitteh had her eyes open A Lot on Caturday. More than usual. Was I stalking her?

I had such a good time doing Caturday that I’ve decided to stalk the other two cats this coming weekend. Another Caturday suits me just fine. Besides, it’s only fair that I annoy all of them equally.

Loving the pics and our collective laziness/memory fails.

I was unable to get 24 hours but here is a smattering of Bacon’s day…

Pardon the house, we’re in month nine of a two week remodel job.

Mornin’

Some time laterand a bit after that… annnnnnd still haven’t moved.

He moved!

An hour later, creepin’ on the dog.

Hard work, sleeping is. Must keep energy reserves up. (Special guest appearance by Pancake’s butt.)

Annnnnnnnd sleep again.

But you do it like a good parasite, right? You keep keep the torture from actually killing them (or making them say F U and leaving) so that the entertainment can continue.

Some questions:

Is that a heating vent near Bacon’s long-term camp out?

And give me a scaling device for dear Bacon. His he Mammoth? I like extra-large in a cat. The toe-fur (most visible in the first shot) is nice, too.
