Shires Arma Air Motion Boots are great for the price point and quite breathable. The strike pad is also good quality. A lot of the time when I take mine off of my horse, they’re barely even damp when the rest of him has been sweating. I prefer them over my Woof Boots. I cannot comment on durability because it’s only been about a month. They come in pony size.

I’m not sure they would be small enough - but they provide good measurements and are good about responding to any questions - the premiers come in xs …https://www.premierequine.co.uk/air-cooled-original-eventing-boots-c2x21438636

Look at Boogaloo boots. She can custom make you a set. I use them on all my horses, including my 12.2 Welsh X.

Just For Ponies has a lot of good tack.

I used Premier in Small on a 14hh Arab with ~ 6.3/4" cannon bones. N.E.W. boots in Small fit him as well.

The Majyk boots DO now come in Small, however I think they would probably still be too big for a medium pony. I got a pair for my 14.3 hander, and they just fit, but are on the verge of being too tall. Both my medium and small ponies fit in the S of Woof all-purpose boots, but you don’t get the strike plate or breathability with those.

I use Boogaloo boots on all of my ponies (13h up to 14.2h) and they fit great and have held up really well for many years. They can custom make any size for you as well, but the pony size does fit an average build 13h welsh pony very well!
