The harder to catch mare, looking for options for an eventing mare

I have a lovely in all aspects teen (14) TB mare who evented through the upper-levels in eventing before spending her teen years toting kids.
.
Three years ago I went through a summer of trying to breed her fresh-cooled. The first two times we still had an infection then the last tried PRP before and still didn’t catch. I was told the stallion I chose didn’t have a high count. So there could have been an assortment of reasons.
.
Here I am again considering trying to get a foal. I would love to find a stallion in the southeast U.S. that would be a good fit and preferably could breed on site AI or I could send mare to for the summer. (A little ptsd and preferring as fresh as possible)
.
If the foal was a carbon copy of mare I would be thrilled, but I wouldn’t mind adding a little height and bone. I lean a bit continental WB, but I could also be led down a road of finding traditional Irish horse. Though likely not 100% RID.
.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

You’re in GA, right? Tatendrang (Trakehner) comes to mind immediately. I believe he’s still with Andrew Palmer in eastern Alabama.
