I did not have a good experience. They sent me a 5 3/4" bit instead of the 5" one I ordered. When I emailed them to let them know, and also included a copy of my order confirmation verifying the size I wanted, I never heard back from them. After a couple attempts I contacted my credit card company and they settled the dispute for me. After the fact, I learned that this isn’t an uncommon practice with this company. It’s too bad…
If it’s this site - http://www.horsebitbank.com/ - I had a very good experience with them and they communicated promptly. I would order from them again.
I have ordered a couple hard-to-find-in-the-u.s. bits from them over the years, and it’s always been fine. Shipping took awhile, but it’s hard to complain about that since they’re coming from overseas.

What size in cm did you order? I got a 13.5cm which (according to the Google calculator) is 5.3 inches (what I wanted, he wears a 5" normally, this is a loose ring so I went slightly bigger)…really hoping I don’t get a 5 3/4 bit now?
im based in the UK but had a great experience, kept one bit and returned the other and got refunded as per T&C.

I ordered a bit last night actually. I ordered from the website but was emailing them beforehand. I used a credit card (I don’t have paypal.)
I ordered a bit from them, no problems and it got here pretty quickly.
Over the years I have placed several orders with them and have been satisfied. They did send an incorrect size on one order, but when contacted they quickly sent the new bit. I don’t remember exactly, but I probably used PayPal because it’s quick and easy:)

Not who you asked the question to, but that bit will probably wear more like a 5 1/4" bit here.
I have bought two from them from their website and paid with a credit card. I got what I ordered within 10-14 business days.
