For those who don’t want to click the link (though you’ll be missing out!), the idea is to identify your “indoor kitty” with an orange collar. When Kitty sneaks out the door, the orange collar identifies him as an “escaped convict”, i.e., a cat who should not be out among the general population but belongs indoors.
