The old man’s collar

I have all of my old (or otherwise RIP) dogs in my box of memories with my photos and memorabilia from my family. I leave the last collar on my bedstead for a few months prior to moving it into the memory box. I know which collar is which dogs. My dad always used the last collar on his next dog as a way of continuing the legacy.

Well months later I have eventually done a something. Nothing fancy or original, just simple and heartfelt
