Good afternoon! I am hoping for some advice. A local thoroughbred barn is looking for someone to exercise young horses on trails. I would love to work in the horse industry. However I currently have a very stable job with insurance and retirement. I am very hesitant to leave a solid job for exercising horses even though it sounds like a dream. Does anyone do this for a job? Can you sustain yourself and horses(I have 3) on that pay? Any advice is welcome, thanks so much!
