This could be a great deal on brown field boots

I’m neither the seller nor a bidder:

They are beautiful but hard to tell what size they really are.

Good point - I have a pair I bought on Ebay myself that just had measurements and I can’t get my foot in them. I’m sure the foot is the right size but they have very narrow calves. So make sure they are right and if anyone is interested in mine - send me a PM. . .

I just got a reply from the seller that the calves are 13 1/2 inches. That’s pretty dang skinny.

I got these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/180720958212?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 about a month ago and had to take them to a nearby cobbler to get the calves stretched. Once I got my feet in them, they are fantastic.

am I missing where it says the foot size? or does it not?
I might be able to do a 13 1/2" calf w/ a little stretching …
both my pairs of zippered boots have 14" calves and fit well. My actual calf measurement is around 13" - 13 1/4".
Is this a doable margin w/ pull on boots? Factor in a little stretching at the cobbler and a little squeezing on my part?

They do seem like an awesome deal. I would be stoked if they were my size.
Might have to contact the seller.

I bought a pair of like new Vogels for $75 and paid $90 to have zippers put in to give a little more calf room. Now the fit like they were made for me.

From the description:

they are 19 1/4 inches tall 11 inches long and 3 3/4 inches wide.

I assume the 11 inches long by 3 3/4 inches wide are measured on the sole. The inside length will be probably 1/4 less and the inside width will be either the same as across the sole or a little bit more.

Looking at one of the many foot size charts on the web, a 10 3/4" foot length is a man’s 10 1/2 or a woman’s 12. 3 3/4" wide is usually a D width.

Seems to me these boots belonged to a skinny, tall guy.

I’d say the foot size is a woman’s 9. My feet, the actual feet, measure about 11" from heel to toe. Wish I had the money!
