I’m in the habit of browsing the Thoroughbred Champions website, and lately I’ve been unable to pull it up. Is it just me, or has the site disappeared? I know it’s been for sale. If it’s just me, could somebody give me the new site address? I miss it.
I’ve been having trouble with it for months. Unable to log in and post. I’ll look to see if I can find it. Be a shame to lose that site, it has good info. And someone keeps a thread going on all the horses that have died each year. Sounds morbid, but it brings home just how many race horses die. Very sobering and sad.
I haven’t been able to sign onto TBChampions for the last week. It worked fine for me before that. OP I’m sorry you’re having trouble but I’m glad to know that it isn’t just me!
My belief is that it was hacked. If a site’s for sale, or gone, you get one of those ‘This domain available’ messages.
It has been hacked before. Twice, I think. It didn’t take this long to reappear the last couple of times though.
The domain registration is good until 6/20/2017 and still in the name of the original creator.
Anybody hear anything? I’m going through TBC withdrawal!

LOL. I came over here to ask the same question. I tried to get on it about 2 days ago, but couldn’t. By today I thought it would be back up.

No updates on their FB page either. Edited to add - I just checked and one of the comments said they hoped to have it back up by midweek.
Kurenai, the new administrator, and Victoria are working on getting it back up. They thought a few days, so shouldn’t be long. I’m getting desperate for my TBC fix!

Very frustrating not having TBC! Crashed shortly after the Preakness. Thought too much traffic caused it to go down… Hopefull

Hey, does anyone here know how to get registered to post there? I’ve tried registering twice before and no one has okay’d me to post. 
I still can’t get on to the site. Google “can’t find it” Is it up and running by now? Has the URL changed?
Elsbet, I am guessing you are going to have to wait for a bit (and perhaps try to register again). With the hacking (?) and the change in ownership/management of the site I am guessing that OK’ing people to register is pretty low on their list.
But you can still enjoy it (if it comes back on line…) 
I seem to remember people discussing another site of which many of them are dual members. Does anyone else remember such a discussion?
