This is happening to me since I just had to switch to Internet Explorer from Firefox, which I normally use. Need to re-upload Firefox STAT, but anyway maybe that will be a clue for the tech people. I’d never had this problem before until I had to use IE (new hard drive and haven’t put Firefox on it yet).
