You can look up anything that used to be on the web but isn’t any more via the way back machine…just saying.
This was out of competition testing so it would be perfectly fine for a horse to have dex in their system at that time assuming it was legitimately prescribed by a vet. You only get a bad test if they find banned substances that are never ok to be in a horse’s system during out of competition testing.
Hmmm. Out of curiosity I did look up info on the Medivet ACS product, and the older version of the website captured back on March 9th. Here is a rundown of what they claimed was involved in the Medivet ACS product - I’ve copied and pasted for anyone else who is curious…
WHAT IS MEDIVET AUTOLOGOUS CONDITIONED SERUM (ACS)?
MediVet Autologous Conditioned Serum (ACS) is a patented regenerative therapy that blocks & terminates the inflammatory response in the body. With up to 50 doses yielded, MediVet ACS allows for a Systemic Approach in treating inflammation and other equine health issues. Our patented process goes well beyond any other autologous therapy, resulting in the most potent anti-inflammatory effect available anywhere. Our process induces the IL-1ra & IL-10 cytokines, inhibits 6 pro-inflammatory cytokines and upregulates specific growth factors to stimulate regeneration. MEDIVET ACS PROTOCOL
To reap the maximum beneï¬ts, MediVet ACS should be administered IV with a dose of 4 mls 3 times per week. This will keep the anti-inflammatory cytokines and regenerative compounds, that are induced during the processing, circulating through the body.
In addition to the systemic IV administration, MediVet ACS is highly effective when injected directly into joints and bathed around tendon and ligament lesions. MediVet ACS can be introduced anywhere that inflammation needs to be eliminated and the healing process expedited. HOW IS MEDIVET ACS PRODUCED?
MediVet Lab Services, our GTP certified lab, spins out the unnecessary parts of the blood and then uses our patented LED photobiostimulation technology to produce the ACS. This low-level light process, along with specially coated glass beads, results in the induction of anti-inflammatory cytokines, inhibition of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and upregulation of growth factors at dramatically greater concentrations than any other process in existence.

I also went and just looked at their “about” section, the “meet the team” section, and the “testimonials” section…
In addition to Boyd Martin and Marsha Kulak, apparently JJ Tate, Martha Redman, Margie Engel, and Victoria Colvin have used Medivet ACS…
So to be fair… this company has big names from multiple disciplines caught up in this mess on some level.:uhoh:
here is the “About” section of they’re site -

When I went to college in RI there was a local Dominoes the delivered pot with the pizza. You needed to order extra oregano for a nickle bag. They got caught about 5 years after I left college.
I have zero tolerance for ANYONE using a product such as this to give them some sort of advantage at the detriment or expense of the horse. I seriously doubt any of these well know riders REALLY know all about this product as it is confusing to read to anyone who is not a scientist. I would be very wary and I hope if this is a bad product it is taken off the market very quickly.
What’s the deal with RI? When I was in grad school I used to patronize a laundromat bc it was cheap and had lots of room. Every time I went there would be a group of men in there eating pizza (!) and definitely not doing laundry. I suspect it was a front, or something, for the mafia which was decently active there at the time.
I think it is off the market since so many of the people involved with it were indicted by the Federal Government;).
