Not ISH, but Jaguar Mail is 3/4 TB, and is known for producing talented eventers with solid temperaments. I have a long yearling out of a hot, spicy swedish mare, and he is super easy.
@This End Up - another fellow that caught my eye awhile back was King’s Ransom. Looks like he’s approved and a traditional ID x TB. I don’t know anything offhand about his reputation, but I believe that sire line of ID are supposed to have more ammy friendly temperaments… and a wonderful jump

Sidenote… I get complete vicarious enjoyment out of helping other people stallion shop… lol!
Highland Imperius by Master Imp out of Cavalier Royale mare by Master Imp is standing in the US. None of his foals have yet made much eventing impact yet that I can tell, but his paper is very promising. However Master Imp was famous for difficult temperaments.

Cabin Master in NC? he’s young but he’s out and doing…
As for temperaments, Cavalier R has produced some squirrelly ones as well. I had one and will not have another.
Not irish, but super eventing offspring.
